The rewriteable RIDATA MMCmobile flash card offers the highest data transfer rate of any existing memory card standard currently available. The rate is nearly a 20x increase from previous standards. It features three data bus width modes (1-bit, 4-bit, and 8-bit) to support more data-intense devices such as mobile phones and digital cameras.

RIDATA MMC mobile support both high-level mobile phones using 1.8V (such as 3G mobile phones like NOKIA6630, 6680, 6681, 6682, N70 and N90) and traditional mobile phones using 3.3V.
